As he lay in Southend Hospital, Yemi sat by his bedside, holding his hand and speaking softly to him. She reassured him of his mother’s importance and promised that she would ensure her care. In his final moments, he acknowledged her words, finding peace in the assurance that his mother would be looked after.

True to our word, Yemi and her team acted swiftly. They engaged the services of Essex County Council and, with the support of a dedicated Social Worker, arranged a comprehensive Care Package. This included personal care, light housework, shopping, and companionship, allowing our client to remain in the comfort of her home, just as she wished.
